With over a hundred exhibitors, tops chefs, experts, producers and retailers ready to share their passion for the culinary arts, head down to the Beirut Cooking Festival from 16-18 November at BIEL and immerse yourself in delicious smells and flavors. You can wander around stands, chat with professionals, enjoy some wine and learn all about olive oil. There are also over 20 live sessions and workshops organized by some of the finest chefs in town so you can even perfect your cooking skills!

If a festival dedicated to chocolate sounds tempting then you won’t want to miss the Salon du Chocolat Beirut. Taking place at BIEL from 16-18 November at BIEL, the show hosts over 60 stands of the biggest names in chocolate, pastry and confectionery. A spectacular chocolate fashion show will also take place, where Lebanese designers and renowned pastry chefs will be creating 13 fabulous dresses made out of chocolate. Look out for the show’s masterpiece created by renowned Lebanese designer Jean Louis Sabaji and pastry chef Charles Azar. Elsewhere, the unveiling of a unique chocolate sculpture by the acclaimed Lebanese artist, sculptor and poet Rudy Rahme and renowned chef Charles Azar will take place and you can even learn how to prepare the tastiest desserts with top pastry chefs at the Choco Demo.
