DESCRIPTION:“Stereo Vision,” a solo exhibition by Petram Chalach, is on view at Galerie Janine Rubeiz.\n“…another drum-hum-barrels, in prints kaiser, stereo visions: masses massed, amassed. Nowhere near, here-tear, there. Tremor, territory, terror. consume-presume-resume would you look the sun in the eye today? Neither nor, either or?”\nThe exhibited body of work is an attempt to distill events, images, and collective experience into painterly metaphors.\nChalach’s practice is rooted in the layering of forms and ideas, creating works that explore the complexity of thoughts and events. Through ongoing experimentation with inter-objects and inter-spaces as a means to log and capture the light seeping between the foliage.\nThe exhibition will be on view until January 17, 2025.
