DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOn Saturday, May 24, the 2025 Spring Edition will conclude with an exceptional evening of chamber music featuring the Amman Chamber Orchestra Trio (ACO Trio).\nThe ensemble includes Ihab Jamal, Concertmaster of the ACO and Leader of its Oriental Section; Jana Semaan, Principal Cellist; and Karim Said, Principal Conductor of the ACO, Artist in Residence at the Lebanese National Philharmonic Orchestra and Conservatory, and Associate of the Royal Academy of Music, London.\nIn the second half of the program, the trio will be joined by violinist Marwa El Eid and violist Sarah Mallah.\nThe evening will highlight two masterpieces of the 19th-century chamber music repertoire:\n\n\nBedřich Smetana’s Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 15 — a profoundly expressive work inspired by personal tragedy\n\n\nRobert Schumann’s Piano Quintet in E-flat Major, Op. 44 — celebrated for its brilliance, lyricism, and enduring popularity\n\n\n Saturday, May 24 Baabdath – The New Church of the Maronite Parish (Google Maps link in the About tab)⏰ 8:00 PM sharp (Doors open at 7:30 PM)️ Free admission — First come, first seated.
