DESCRIPTION:Under the Patronage of His Excellency Alaa Moussa, Ambassador of Egypt to LebanonMaya Art Space, in collaboration with Villa Azad Art Gallery, presents the solo exhibition “يا هوا بيروت” by Egyptian artist Esraa Zidan.\nIn “يا هوا بيروت”, Zidan offers a vibrant tribute to Beirut, summer, and the liberated body. Her bold acrylics depict full-figured women in fluid motion—reclaiming space with grace, joy, and unapologetic presence.\nEsraa Zidan (b. 1990, Egypt) is a Cairo-based artist known for her colorful, empowering depictions of women. Holding a PhD in Human Anatomy for Artists, she teaches at Helwan University and leads art marketing workshops.
