But photojournalists continue to bear witness.\nTo mark 20 years since Samir Kassir’s assassination, the Samir Kassir Foundation will present a national exhibition titled “20 Years for Freedom.” The event is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and will be held at Art on 56th in Beirut.\nRunning from August 28 to September 6, 2025, the exhibition honors photojournalists who have captured Lebanon’s struggles, hopes, and defining moments since 2005.\n
