️ Friday: Arrival & Overnight in Al Mina

Departure Time & Location:
1:00 PM from Sagesse School parking, Jdeideh (facing the public garden – [map]).

We’ll head north to Al Mina for a relaxing overnight stay at Via Mina Hotel, a beautifully restored heritage hotel in the heart of the city.

Once there, enjoy free time to:

• Stroll along the Corniche at sunset

• Explore Al Mina’s charming old streets

• Dine in a traditional setting

• Unwind and get ready for the next day’s adventure

️ Saturday: Palms Island & Cultural Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll stop by Al Hallab Sweets in Tripoli to enjoy a taste of authentic Lebanese desserts.

Boat Trip to Palms Island (Jazirat El Araneb)

This protected nature reserve is open only 3 months a year — and we’ll be there at the perfect time.

On the island, you can:

• Discover its unique marine ecosystem

• Swim, relax, and explore the tranquil shores

• Spot water turtles if you’re lucky!

️ Afternoon Cultural Experience

After returning to the mainland, choose one of two activities:

1. Visit Borj el Sbaa and the historic train station

2. Take a walking tour of Al Mina’s old souks, mosques, churches, and cultural landmarks

Seafood Lunch & Return

Wrap up the weekend with a delicious fresh seafood lunch before heading back to Beirut.
