About The Event:
The Gourmet Market 2nd edition is a food tasting competition/ marketplace that is set to be held on June 25 and 26 at Rachid Karami International Fair, Tripoli. Dozens of local businesses in the Food & Beverage industry are expected to take part in this event with the purpose of displaying their products in front of local attendees, industry experts, and potential customers.

Our Objective:
This event aims to offer support to local businesses in Tripoli and North Lebanon by providing them with the opportunity to reach new markets, professionally assess their products, build meaningful collaborations, and generate innovative and scalable products.

The Event Will Include:

A Marketplace
The marketplace is an opportunity for different businesses in the Food & Beverage Industry to display and sell their products to 800+ event attendees.

Exhibition Fees include:

- 30$ for TEC businesses
(Includes businesses that are participating in TEC's programs)

- 60$ for community businesses
(Includes other businesses in the community)

- Free booth for innovative businesses
(Includes businesses that have developed a unique food product)

A Competition Segment (The Taste Off)
If you're a business that makes food-based products, now's the time to put your food to the ultimate taste test.

In the "Taste Off" segment, all the event attendees will be offered the chance to taste and rate the food products from each business during the first day of the event. On the 2nd day, only the top 10 highest-ranking businesses will move on to the final phase of the competition where they will pitch their products and have them assessed by a panel of expert judges, and international chefs for a chance to win a grand prize.

Workshops and Talks
Free hands-on food workshops and talks will be delivered during the event on traditional food hacking, packaging, and other beneficial topics.
