New Trail to the Other Side Lakes of Kfarselwan with a Sunset View & Bonfire at the Peak Overlooking Maten & Bekaa

Location: Tarchich to Kfarselwan, Maten
Difficulty level: Moderate
Hike distance: ~10Km (~6 hours including bonfire break)
Elevation Gain/Loss: +340 / -340m
Bus departure time from Beirut (Hadath): 1:30pm
Bus expected return time to Beirut: ~11:59pm
Description:
Are you ready for something new this weekend?
Our adventure will begin from Tarchich in Maten area heading into agriculture lands where we will pass by several lakes used from irrigation before switching our path toward the summit where we will enjoy a marvelous sunset overlooking both Bekaa and Maten area.
The view from above the lakes is not to be missed! Get ready to shoot some really cool photos and stories (don’t forget to tag Lebanon_by_nature for a repost).
We will then enjoy a long bonfire break before heading to the bus and end our journey (don’t forget your bonfire snacks).
