The cherry season is here!

The season is ephemeral but sublime! So join us in Chatine, in the Caza of Batroun, to celebrate these mouth-watering fruits that we're all looking forward to so much.

We'll start the day with a nice and easy hike over the Balaa plateaux to Sayed's orchard, where he'll be delighted to tell us all about cherries and teach us how to pick them. You'll hear stories about these ruddy fruits, and after picking, you'll go home with a kilo of cherries as a gift! Of course, you can buy more if you like.

We'll then head to our friends who are hosting SNOUNOU and his guests in their garden to relax, and enjoy a terroir lunch made of local specialties prepared by the ladies of the village, while daydreaming in front of breathtaking 180-degree view over the valley and mountains!

In the afternoon, we'll take a cultural walk through the village, learning about its history and anecdotes and enjoying its beauty.

Discovery, relaxation, drinks, desserts and laughter will punctuate your day - a sumptuous cherry-themed day not to be missed!

Return to Beirut: approx. 19:00.

Our events aim to encourage local rural tourism and small producers from diverse backgrounds and so help people to stay in their villages.

This event is entirely environmentally friendly.

NB: Please note that cancellations after Wednesday 24 May will be charged at 15 USD per person.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the event will be charged 25 USD per person, and on the day of the event: the full amount of participation.
