Nestled at the foot of Jabal El Cheikh (Mount Hermon), Rachaya El Wadi is a town steeped in history and culture—famous for its red-tiled stone houses, ancient souk, and iconic landmarks like the Citadel of Independence and the 18th-century Mar Moussa al Habashi Church, one of the region’s oldest Syriac-Catholic churches.

A homemade village-style meal will be served by a local Women’s Association, featuring traditional, healthy dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Homemade products will also be available for purchase in support of the community.
