🌿 Guided Hike in Annoubine Valley 🌿

Join us for a scenic guided hike through the breathtaking Annoubine Valley. The hike starts from the charming village of Blawza. The 9 km trail is mostly downhill and has no steep ascents. This makes it suitable for hikers of all levels while still offering stunning panoramic views of the valley.

During the hike, we will visit St. Marina Monastery. It is known for the tombs of eighteen patriarchs. The monastery is also linked to the inspiring story of St. Marina, who lived there disguised as a monk.

We will also stop at Deir Saydet Annoubine. It is one of the oldest monasteries in Lebanon and was built between 379 and 395. The monastery is famous for its remarkable 16th and 17th century murals.

The route continues past traditional mountain houses before reaching the village of Freidis. There, hikers can buy local products such as eggs, labneh, and cheese. Lunch will be served at a scenic spot near ancient ruins before returning to Beirut.
