Samir Tamari, born in Beirut, Lebanon, began drawing and painting at a very young age. He pursued studies in Art and Advertising Techniques in Montreal, Canada. It is in his mother's beautiful village of Saghbine, in the West Bekaa, where he used to spend his summers, that eventually influenced his creative vision and strengthened his affinities regarding colors and shapes, immersing him in the simple real life of the villagers—an extraordinary emotional wealth, as he says.

The artist currently lives and works in Beirut and has participated in several exhibitions in Beirut, including June 2017, June 2018, October 2018, December 2019, June 2022, August 2022 LAU New York auction, and September 2023.

"REFRESH" is an invitation through ideas and colors to embrace life with lightness and joy. Since our destiny is already set, we’d better enjoy life and appreciate every moment as it comes. Don’t take life too seriously, as we are only commuters on this life train. Instead, enjoy the little moments and celebrate with loved ones as much as you can.
