Lebanon’s hospitality and foodservice industries are set for a spectacular rendezvous as HORECA Lebanon gears up for its 28th edition. Taking place from 16-19 April at Seaside Arena, Beirut, the annual event promises to celebrate the best in local production, as well as the entrepreneurs taking Lebanon’s F&B and hospitality to new heights.
Over 260 local and international exhibitors prepare to showcase their offerings to an estimated crowd of more than 12,000 professionals and buyers. With a plethora of activities, talks, competitions and events, HORECA Lebanon 2024 is poised to be a dynamic showcase of the industry’s latest trends and innovations.
Made in Lebanon
HORECA has always championed Lebanese producers and innovators, and this year is no different. Indeed, the Innovation Pavilion will shine a spotlight on the leading local innovations, boasting a curated selection of more than 25 homegrown products proudly crafted in Lebanon. Among the highlights of the pavilion is the Rising Stars category, honoring small-scale producers who are leaving an indelible mark on the industry with their innovative creations.
Spread across an expansive 8,000 square meters, HORECA Lebanon is the place to network. Furthermore, the 28th edition features a vibrant program tailored to the needs of industry professionals.
Central to the event are the various platforms for engagement and learning. HORECA Talks will feature key players from the region sharing insights into the evolving hospitality landscape, while the HORECA Stage will host culinary experts demonstrating top techniques and discussing industry challenges. Meanwhile, mixology enthusiasts can look forward to unique demonstrations at the HORECA Theatre.
Competitions and more
Of course, no HORECA event would be complete without its signature competitions. The Hospitality Salon Culinaire, Junior Chef Competition, Lebanese Barista Competition, and Lebanese Bartenders Competition will put participants’ skills to the test, with valuable prizes awaiting the winners.
Lebanon Traveler at HORECA Lebanon
As part of Hospitality Services, the organizer of HORECA, Lebanon Traveler will have a unique presence at the event. Apart from its stand, the platform will host a special gathering with stakeholders on Thursday 18 April at 3:30 pm. Indeed, famous guests will be present to meet the Lebanon Traveler community.
