Ilayya (+961 71 443 666) is not just a restaurant; it’s an invitation to rediscover Lebanese cuisine through warmth, craftsmanship and modern elegance. Located at Arcadia Beirut Downtown, this new Lebanese bistro offers a fresh take on comfort food, where every detail reflects a deep love for heritage and contemporary refinement. Created by Blueprint Hospitality Management and founded by hospitality expert Rabih Daher, Ilayya brings decades of experience to a setting that feels both familiar and elevated.

Soulful Concept
Ilayya is built on the idea of refined warmth — a place where guests can savor Lebanese favorites while enjoying a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The concept captures the richness of home-cooked dishes while presenting them with a subtle, contemporary twist. With future openings planned in Dubai and the GCC, Ilayya is set to take its unique blend of authenticity and sophistication across the region.

Inviting Ambience
The interior, designed by Reine Alemeh, is a story told in textures. Intricate marquetry woodwork, layered tassels and glowing brass accents come together to create a space that feels both artisanal and chic. Soft natural light highlights warm woods and refined textiles, giving the restaurant a calm, welcoming presence that seamlessly blends modern design with Lebanese craftsmanship.
Authentic Menu

The menu at Ilayya, developed with Chef Charbel Safi, is a celebration of Lebanese flavors shaped by experience and heart. Every dish pays tribute to tradition, balancing familiar tastes with gentle innovation. From timeless mezze to reimagined classics, the plates reflect the essence of home—comforting, flavorful and thoughtfully refined. Guests can expect dishes that honor Lebanese heritage while offering a fresh, contemporary dining experience.
A Story in Color
Ilayya’s visual identity, created by Stro’berry Advertising, draws inspiration from the Mediterranean coastline, sunflower motifs and orange blossom. Soft blue tones, flowing leaves and delicate floral details appear throughout the space, from elegant tableware to subtly embroidered uniforms. Together, they express a sense of natural beauty and effortless sophistication that completes the restaurant’s warm aesthetic.
