The trail crosses the vineyards of Kherbet Kanafar and winds through ancient oak groves. It then reaches a beautiful spring near an old mill before continuing through the surrounding countryside. Ain Zebde produces walnuts, apples, peaches, onions, and red potatoes. The village also takes pride in its traditional Kebbet Batata, a potato kebbe stuffed with Kawarma and Labneh and grilled over charcoal.
