Mission Art Gallery is pleased to present “The Nightingale Grows Drunk – Meditating Omar Khayyam,” a solo exhibition by Gérald Foltête. The show is curated by Grégoire Prangé.

The exhibition draws on the Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyam and highlights the fleeting beauty of life. For Foltête, creation is a dive into the unconscious and a bridge to others. His work invites constant renewal, like greenery rising again from the earth.

This exhibition forms the first part of a diptych. It will conclude at Domaine SEPT in the spring of 2026, in a natural collaboration with winemaker Maher Harb, who also shares a deep admiration for Khayyam.
