Stéphanie Saadé: Dust as Trace
La Rencontre Entre La Première Et La Dernière Particule De Poussière
Stéphanie Saadé’s exhibition explores memory, home, and the passage of time. Dust, both fragile and persistent, becomes a central motif—representing beginnings, endings, and moments that cannot be fully contained.
The show features recent works alongside pieces created specifically for the Sursock Museum, including a full-scale recreation of the artist’s childhood home. Embroidered walls, drawn calligrams, and loose paper fragments evoke daily life, loss, and the persistence of memory. The installation transforms the Twin Galleries into a space where the past lingers, shifts, and repeats.
Curated by Anne Davidian, the exhibition invites reflection on time, change, and the traces that remain.
