This exhibition highlights lesser-known aspects of foreign policy, often behind the scenes of public diplomacy. It offers a unique dialogue between 20th-century diplomatic archives — capturing international history in the making — and a selection of comic book panels that, through the lens of the 9th art, also convey history as it unfolds.
