Ehmej: Autumn Escape & Eco Experience with Vamos Todos
Nestled in the heart of the Byblos mountains, Ehmej is one of Lebanon’s most charming villages. It is surrounded by serene forests, oak groves, and wide autumn landscapes. This hike is organized with Al Baydar – La Vallée Blanche, a peaceful eco-farm that promotes sustainable living and fresh, farm-produced food.
The moderate 8 km trail passes through forest paths, gentle slopes, and scenic valleys. It is a perfect way to enjoy the season’s colors. After the hike, lunch will be served at Al Baydar. You will enjoy Ehmej’s famous matmoura along with other local specialties, offering a true farm-to-table experience.
